Bluzelle unveils Capella NFT marketplace for Web3 games

Bluzelle, a decentralized data network based in Singapore, has unveiled its Capella non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace. The marketplace caters to the Web3 gaming industry and stands out from the other available solutions.

Bluzelle launches Capella NFT marketplace

Capella is set to stand out from the other NFT marketplaces currently available in the market because of offering a streamlined trading process. The platform offers easy access to NFTs and blockchain-based in-game items within the Cosmos ecosystem.

The launch of this marketplace comes at a time when cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and NFTs are becoming a key piece of the Web3 gaming space. Bluzelle is positioning itself as a key player in this industry.

The team at Bluzelle has shared some insights into its new GAMMA 4 game. The team has also addressed the other NFT solutions available within the Cosmos ecosystem, saying they did not give gamers and developers an option to trade seamlessly and obtain easy access to NFTs and gaming collectibles.

This platform aims to lower the effectiveness of gaming assets and their ability to be traded in the secondary market. The team has boosted the security of gaming assets within the Capella ecosystem through the Bluzelle R2. The latter operates as a decentralized storage technology.

The solution was created to ensure that programmers and confident in security matters with their game data. The Bluzelle R2 system also erases the need to move NFTs between blockchains while offering an all-around solution for storing tokens.

Interest in Web3 gaming is growing

A recent Polaris study estimated that the blockchain gaming industry was set for significant growth. The global blockchain gaming market had a $5.41 billion valuation in 2022, and this size is estimated to increase to $1 trillion by 2032.

There has also been a shift from traditional games to Web3 games. The popularity of Web3 games is expected to support increased demand in the blockchain gaming industry. The growth of this market will also increase significantly as players turn towards these games because of an opportunity to generate passive income.

Blockchain games use a play-to-earn (P2E) model. In this model, the players will earn rewards when they complete certain tasks within the game. However, some Web3 games use a free-to-play model, which appeals to traditional gamers who do not understand the dynamics of the blockchain and crypto industries.

One region that has become a major player in the blockchain gaming industry is the Asia Pacific. The region is expected to generate notable growth and account for a significant market share of the gaming space.

An increase influences the growth of the gaming market in the number of new gamers and investments from multiple market players globally. In November 2021, the gaming community created The Asia Blockchain Gaming Alliance to support the blockchain gaming market in Asia.
