Alien Worlds Announces First Battledome Tournament In The Metaverse

Metaverse mining game Alien Worlds has announced the launch of its first Battledome tournament. According to the announcement, the tournament will include a free-for-all PvP strategy battle game that will be played in the Metaverse. It will enable players to compete using Minions, Avatars, and Weapons NFTs with 20 players. The last man standing becomes the winner. Battledome intends to provide more use cases for their NFTs to enable players to control and use their assets within the metaverse.

Players Must Have A Wax Cloud Wallet To Participate

Players or participants can win up to 500,000 TLM in the tournament, which would be given to the top 10 players. Additionally, registration for the Battledome tournament is open, and prospective participants are expected to submit their applications on or before November 29, 2022. After all, registrations are taken, the tournament will commence from December 1 through December 15.

Players who intend to participate in the game are also expected to have 3 NFTs and a Wax Cloud Wallet. The NFTs include 1 Weapon, 1 Minion, and 1 Avatar.

350,000 TLM will be awarded to the top 3 players, with the first earning 200,000 TLM while the second and third earning 100,000 and 50,000, respectively.

30,000 TLM will be given to the fourth player while 25,000 TLM each will be awarded to the players in the 5th and 6th positions. Additionally, 20,000 TLM each will be awarded to players that took the 7th and 8th positions while the last two players on the leaderboard will earn 15,000 TLM.

Three Gameplay Tactics Are Allowed In The Tournament

There will be three gameplay tactics introduced in the Battledome tournament, which will include battle orders, planetary alignment, and battle phases. Players will have four different options in the battle order phase. They can decide to launch an attack on the weakest opponent, attack the strongest opponent, defend by reducing damages, or evade attacks entirely.

First Battledome will calculate the leaderboard scores using particular parameters. These include the amount of health in games won, the number of kills, and the number of wins. Players can also watch the battle events and game replays of other participants as well. Also, it will be the first time in the tournament that syndicates can be introduced in full battle mode to work together.
