Santo Blockchain Labs partners with CHIMBA for Badbunniez NFTs

Santo Blockchain Labs (SANTO) has announced releasing the Badbunniez non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the CHIMBA blockchain. These NFTs have been inspired by some of the most popular gaming titles, such as Final Fantasy VII, Mortal Kombat, Bloody Bunny, and Planet of the Apes.

SANTO releases Badbunniez NFTs on CHIMBA

SANTO, a company that offers and develops end-to-end Blockchain-as-a-Service (BAAS), will be releasing Badbunniez NFTs. The NFTs are scheduled for release by late Q1 2023 or mid-Q2 2023 in the CHIMBA network.

The Badbunniez NFT project is an anime and gaming NFT collection whose objective is to have a play-to-earn R-rated blockchain gaming platform. Badbunniez is venturing into the rapidly growing and evolving GameFi ecosystem.

SANTO plans to use the Badbunniez NFTs to bring together various aspects of the Web3 sector, such as decentralized finance (DeFi), metaverse, P2E, and NFTs. By merging these key areas, Badbunniez will create a unique PvP battle and survival mode game that will set itself apart in the vast GameFi ecosystem.

The game’s features have been inspired by some of the most popular titles in the gaming space. The design of the Badbunniez character has been inspired by characters from God of War, Final Fantasy, Dragonball Z, X-Men, Mortal Kombat, and Bloody Bunny. The game further notes that its roadmap will be inspired by elements from popular anime and video games.

The Badbunniez NFT game targets a mature audience, as it is setting itself apart from the other gaming projects in the market today. Nevertheless, the launch of the project is being revealed at a time when the NFT market is down. However, over the past year, GameFi has remained active in terms of investments as venture capitalists have continued to support the sector.

Working with the CHIMBA blockchain

The Badbunniez NFT project will be created on the CHIMBA blockchain. CHIMBA is a blockchain running in the COSMOS network. The Colombia-based blockchain targets local developers that want to access the CHIMBA SDK to create decentralized applications and blockchain-based projects within the CHIMBA ecosystem.

Unlike other blockchains focused on a global audience, CHIMBA has been created for the Colombian market. It provides local projects with the infrastructure needed to support interoperability with other networks. CHIMBA runs on the COSMOS network hub, allowing developers to interact with the supported networks.

By supporting the growth of local blockchains and the DApps running on them, CHIMBA guarantees that these projects have a better chance of achieving success and handling transactions more quickly. The perks offered by the CHIMBA blockchain could be the reason why SANTO chose the network for the Badbunniez NFT project.

The CEO of Santo Blockchain Labs, commented on the project’s launch on CHIMBA saying, “we are stoked to develop one of the first use cases for the CHIMBA Blockchain and that to be the Badbunniez NFTs, the NFT market will continue to grow and we expect that the next 5 years the NFT market will grow exponentially.”
