Immutable Sets May As Release Date For Guild Of Guardians, Mobile RPG Version

Immutable Games has announced that Guild of Guardians, its long-awaited mobile role-playing game will be rolled out globally on May 15. According to the platform, the game will be launched across Google’s Android Play Store and Apple’s iOS App Store.

The free-to-play crypto game will run on Ethereum scaling network, Immutable zkEVM. It gives the players the chance to guide fantasy adventures via dungeons and fights against strong bosses while they acquire loot.

The announcement of the launch date has spurred more interests to the game, as it has already recorded over 1 million pre-registered players.

Immutable Is Collaborating With Mineloade To Launch The Game

In anticipation of the launch, The Guild of Guardians will introduce The Altar of Sacrifice, and on-chain crafting system, on March 25. It enables players to gather and combine NFTs to gain new rewards. The first of the Altar events, known as Eri’s Grand Opening, will enable players to acquire and sacrifice special NFTs in exchange for in-game characters.

Chief Studio Officer of Immutable Games, Justin Hulog, commented about the development. He stated that there have been two additions in the new game Web3 features and the team is excited to share the news of progress made so far.

The players have unlimited possibilities because they can mint new Guardian NFTs by sacrificing Prayer NFTs. This adds a unique level of competition and strategy to the game.

Immutable Wants Players To Enjoy The Game Across Several Platforms

Vice President of Immutable, Chris Clay, alco commented on the development. He noted that Immutable is providing a delicate balance for players to enjoy the game across several platforms. He stated that since the reboot of Guide of Guardians in collaboration with Mineloade, it has been a whirlwind.

The team behind the Guide of Guidance stated that the mobile centric game will provide a whole new experience for players. The game offers a healthy mix of strategy and randomness that makes it appealing for RPG fans who do not have enough time to spend hours on their PCS.

The game has garnered a lot of interests in recent months and has witnessed soft releases regionally. This time, it is going global following some upgrades and addition of new features.

Immutable collaborated with Mineloader last year to restart the development of Guide of Guardians. Mineloader is a renounced support studio that has contributed to the development of several top games such as Resident Evil Village, Metroid Prime Remastered, and The Last of Us Part 1.
