Gala Games Launches Its Latest Survival Fantasy Game Mirandus

Gala Games has announced the upcoming launch of Mirandus, a multiplayer online role-playing game that is set in a medieval fantasy world. It is one of the several Web3 offerings Gala Games is launching this year. Mirandus features a minimalist visual aesthetic and a first-person point of view.

The game has also undergone an early tech test for the game, and the developers have promised a much-improved feature from the previous games. The game combines crafting and farming mechanics with high-risk hunts. There, the wolves and goblins will be waiting for their next kill.

Gale Game Wants To Improve Players’ Gaming Experience

Gala Games founder Michael McCarthy shared his views about the importance of highly realistic in-game and real-time voice communication. According to him, this can improve the gaming experience of the players as opposed to the conventional chat that is popular in other MMORPG games like Warcraft.

McCarthy said Mirandus has the capacity of becoming the WoW of the Web3 industry, based on its feature from the test carried out so far.

Additionally, Minecraft and Animal Crossing fans will find it very appealing, especially those that want games with higher stakes. It gives the players a plethora of options when it comes to the deployment of strategies for the game.

Mirandus Will Not Include Non-Playable Characters (NPCs)

McCarthy also stated that the game will not include non-playable characters that usually fill out the population. At the moment, it seems that the animals and the monsters are the only NPCs, which the players have to kill to move up the rankings in the game. These are usually used for outfits, crafting weapons, and other gear.

The success of online games depends on the number of players the game has attracted. The more activities on the platform the more successful it becomes. This is even more important for games that do not allow NPCs. Upon launch, Mirandus is expected to have a considerable amount of audience, which will make it feel more fun and immersive. As a result, Gala says it is working to make the game very popular with more unique features. It wants to develop complex, team-based boss fights in the coming months to appeal to traditional MMORPG fans.

Mirandus is also giving out lots of NFTs that will put almost all aspects of the game on chain. There is already a demo crypto-free version, and the platform noted that it has serious plans for tokenized in-game assets. Gala Games is now building a technology that will support the MMORPS’s immersive world.

Gala has started selling playable characters across its five races, including boats, in-game buildings, and stallion horse mounts. Mirandus has already listed more than 196,000 NFTs on the OpenSea marketplace.
