Extra Mile Partners With TV Asahi Group To Launch Blockchain Games Accelerator

Extra Mile, a blockchain and mobile gaming company in Japan, has revealed a collaboration with TV Asahi Group to launch a new program in the blockchain gaming industry. Together, the two companies are introducing a blockchain accelerator program intended to support developers.

The partnership between TV Asahi Group and Extra Mile will provide assistance to web3 game creators through many phases of development such as token support, community marketing, publishing, and incubation.

The Partnership Aims To Promote Innovation In Web3 Gaming

Hiroshi Shinozuka, President and Representative Director of TV Asahi, expressed enthusiasm about the firm’s involvement in the web3 industry. He mentioned that the team is dedicated to innovation and partnership.

With the rollout of their web3 games accelerator program, TV Asahi Group and Extra Mile seek to assist developers and promote innovation in the changing world of web3 gaming. As the two firms continue to introduce new projects and initiatives, their partnership shows progress in the combination of interactive entertainment and blockchain technology.

The announcement comes before TV Asahi Group’s involvement as a partner in the forthcoming TEAMZ Web3 / AI Summit 2024. More information about their web3 gaming program will be unveiled at the event.

The Focus Of The Program Is To Simplify The Negotiation of IP Rights

TV Asahi Group has invited other industry partners including web3 service providers, IP holders, and investors to partake in the project.

The program primarily focuses on making the negotiation of intellectual property (IP) rights very simple, a challenge that game developers often face. TV Asahi Group wants to streamline this process and boost post-launch assistance for incubated projects to increase their potential in different markets.

Negotiating IP rights is among the biggest obstacles game developers face because of the complexity and cost of realm outside their field. TV Asahi aims to simplify that task, also noting that the post-launch assistance will enhance the success chances for incubated initiatives.

This will increase the potential of the game, drawing in audiences in important target regions and markets, including web3 users and traditional gamers.

The initiative will provide support to particular NFT gaming projects from concept and exploration to alpha and beta rollouts, including incorporating Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) and assistance in manufacturing gaming tokens.

An NFT horse breeding and racing game, Neobred will be the inaugural project introduced via TV Asahi Group’s web3 gaming incubator.
