Backstory

More than 50 years have passed since the last Great War between the Commonwealth of Neoterra and the Union. Today, these factions co-exist in an uneasy alliance against the threat of the Sha’kari, a dangerous new enemy.

Sha’kari zealots are the priest caste of the Sha’Har race. They aim to exert revenge upon humankind for the desecration of the Sha’Har’s ancestral planets. They have a massive presence in the galaxy, inhabit many star systems, and their threat has compelled the Union and the Commonwealth to form a grudging collaboration.

The human alliance appears weak, but it has to endure in case it wants to have the slightest opportunity to survive the assaults of the fanatical Sha’Kari, who consider the humans to be nothing more than grave robbers and usurpers.

The Sha’Kari have a major advantage in technology, being the initial creators of the powered armors that inspired humans to create the much more successful Mechanized Starfighter series of vehicles. Mechanized Starfighters are supported by the best pilots and the Ranger Squad is designed to represent the best of the best – a top regarded and respected unit of Union and Commonwealth elite pilots famous for their bravery and effectiveness in battle.

As a player, you will start the Phantom Galaxies game as a Mechanized Starfighter pilot ensign joining the ranks of the Ranger Squad of elite pilots.

Phantom Galaxies Gameplay

Phantom Galaxies is described as an open-world online space sim where at first the gamers take on an integral role in the war for control of the sectors of Canis Major. The players fight on the front lines and explore deep space to discover valuable resources and unearth the powerful weapons presented by the Sha’Kari.

Gamers will choose a Starfighter from various starting classes including the Buster, Lancer, Assault, and Breacher Frames. Then, they can upgrade their mechs, enabling them to unlock specializations to test and fine-tune the ideal Starfighter setup for every combat scenario.

Interestingly, the Mechanized Starfighters are the integral item that the gamer uses for combat and exploration in Phantom Galaxies. Every Starfighter exists as an NFT that specifies the aesthetics and attributes of the in-game mech.

Most of the nonfungible tokens and fungible tokens are needed to integrate throughout the lifespan of a Starfighter. Some of these NFTs will be used in the fusion process while others will not be consumed. However, they still influence the particular outcome of the fusion process.
