Kemper Snowboard Partners With SIMBA Chain To Launch New NFT Marketplace.

SIMBA Chain, a blockchain-based platform providing metadata verification, storage, fractionalization, and recovery to Web3 apps, has teamed up with globally recognized brands manufacturer Kemper Snowboard to launch the new non-fungible token marketplace. The market platform will now host digital collectibles for notable names across the sport and entertainment industries.

The joint team anticipates unleashing various digital collectibles for International Hockey Federation, depicting the Women’s World Cup challenge, which will take place between July 1 and July 17, 2022, in Spain and Netherlands.

The NFT collection will feature exclusive utilities such as physical products, access to live events, and product discounts, among more. While commenting on the new integration, alongside the crypto development, Jib Hunt, the CEO of Kemper Snowboards, explained:

“We wanted to create an experience for our customers and fans beyond the winter months – combining the digital and physical realms. We chose SIMBA Market because we wanted our community to be able to buy our NFTs as easily as they would any of our products.”

SIMBA Chain To Support New NFT Market Creation

SIMBA Chain is the chain-agnostic Application Programming Interface (API) development platform featuring simple UX, fiat purchasing, and iconic brands across the entertainment and sports industries.

First incubated at the University of Notre Dame, the Simple blockchain application chain allows customers to deploy blockchain applications without wasting much time and resources on hiring consultants or tech experts.

Kemper Snowboard will now leverage SIMBA Chain functionality to create a new NFT marketplace offering a unique entertainment and gaming experience for its fans. SIMBA marketplace, which operates on the Polygon chain, will offer exclusive low NFT minting and transaction fees alongside low carbon footprints. The NFT platform will give users access to Ethereum platforms with Polygon-Ethereum Bridge.

Unlike other popular NFT marketplaces, which focus on Web3 and crypto investors only, the new platform aims to provide user experience to any individual regardless of their blockchain and crypto background. According to Bryan Ritchie, the CEO of SIMBA Chain, the new marketplace will allow consumers to conveniently purchase digital artworks using credit and debit cards, just like other online platforms:

“We built SIMBA Market to enable brands from all industries, from sports to music and entertainment, to carbon credits, to introduce their communities to Web3 without needing any crypto understanding.”

In its efforts to increase its appeal to the mainstream audience, the NFT marketplace has selected its partners and producers based on the user needs, and audience, alongside other factors, with the platform, now focusing on entertainment and sports companies.

In that context, its focus on simplicity and familiarity will attract many traditional brands to start catering to their existing communities instead of offering services to the limited crypto audience. The NFT marketplace will offer Kemper brands a simple and intuitive user experience, allowing them to target their existing communities along with the crypto community.

In the coming months, the NFT platform SIMBA anticipates launching more features, such as the ability to buy and resell purchased digital collectibles with crypto.
