GameCamp Arena 2024 Unveils As Elympics Promises A $15,000 Grant Reward

Elympics, a Web3 gaming protocol, has unveiled GameCamp Arena 2024. This new project gives upcoming web3 game developers a chance to reach a huge audience of over 900 million active Telegram users every month by hosting competitive games.

The Chief Operating Officer of Elympics, Tom Kopera, is excited about the launch. He stated that there’s a good chance of featuring fun and engaging compete-to-earn games to introduce new developers, fans, and players through popular channels in the web3 gaming environment.

Kopera said the TON community has significant social reach, and using Elympics SDK, which connects with Telegram by default, provides great chances for game developers to reach this audience.

The Open Network (TON) is a decentralized blockchain group available to everyone worldwide. It aims to put cryptocurrencies in the hands of millions. The network plans to enable 500 million users to completely be in charge of their data, assets, and digital identity in four years’ time.

According to the update, the online GameCamp and competition which is expected to run for six weeks, will start on 29 July and conclude on 8 September. The event invites players to develop about 40 games using web3 technology. These games will be integrated in the Telegram platform and TON network through Elympics SDK.

As the GameCamp event goes on, TON and Elympics will introduce new AMA sessions and online workshops on the theme “game technology and design.”

The New Event Is Set To Reward Developers Of The Top Three Games

Developers of the top three games in the GameCamp event will receive a $15,000 grant which they will share among themselves. They will also get additional sponsored categories. The three best games will be selected fairly by the GameCamp jury.

Game developers believe that the new GameCamp Arena is an opportunity to start creating highly competitive gaming titles with Elympics with pace and less spending. As Telegram pushes towards becoming a major gaming hub, developers aim to take on the unique chance to draw massive population to their games.

The GameCamp welcomes game developers skilled in Unity, and graphic artists, game designers. They may join alone or with a team of six people. Teams will get preparatory materials to help make new and fun games for enthusiasts in the Telegram community with the Elympics SDK during the six-week camp.
