There are 3,333 100% handmade creatures. Unlike a majority of the computer-generated PFP collections, Doug took his time to draw the attributes one by one and then mixed them manually. He took his time to ensure that every combination that he came up with fit together, skillfully and artistically.

That is what many have come to agree that a 100% handmade NFT collection looks like. There is a cumulative of around 100 different heads and 50 different bodies, which come with a ton of other toys. Here is how the Toy Boogers come into the picture. A group of nonfungible token degens were creating a special teleportation technology to enable them to physically transport themselves into the metaverse.

Notably, a booger got smeared onto the machine’s focusing crystal, which caused a critical yet delightful malfunction. As they teleported, they got mixed up and rearranged, becoming a new NFT collection. The outcome of all that was the Toy Boogers.

In addition to the 3,333 Boogers, the team also introduced 1,111 new Kitbash Boogers, which effectively expanded the Booger family. That new release is an integration of Deadfellaz, Cool Cats, Toy Boogers, and Robotos. Today, the sold-out collection is just available on the secondary market. It is quite an interesting combination.

What Is In Store For The Toy Boogers

The team said that there would be a forthcoming animated series that features the Toy Boogers. Together with the Smilesss NFTs, TIME Studios will seek to air these interesting shows soon. That is one ingenious initiative that would be used to grow the brand, spanning many communities and generations, physically and digitally.

Moreover, there will be Toy Booger merch on the way too. That is a great way to bring in the mainstream media and audience.

After 2 drops, there are just 4,444 NFTs in the market. While there appears to be a hint of exclusivity in this project, most of the active participants in the community still want an opportunity to get in. The team is, in that context, aiming to expand the family via 1 free-to-mint NFT, and an allowlist spot in another NFT collection.

Every existing Booger will get these perks and they can then decide whether they would like to hold it or sell it to expand the family. Furthermore, Doug has now signed Web3 developer team Pagzi Tech Inc to help in working on the long-term expansion of the Toy Boogers universe.
